1. How can I place an order on your website?

To place an order, simply browse our selection of luxury chocolates, and other confectionery products on our website at www.aluvachocolates.co.uk, select the products you would like to purchase, and follow the checkout process. You will have the opportunity to review your order before finalising your purchase.
 
2. How do I know if my order has been accepted?

Your order is not confirmed until we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. This will confirm that we have accepted and processed your order, and it will contain important details such as the items purchased, pricing, and estimated delivery date.
 
3. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with consumer protection laws. To do so, please contact us at aluvachocolates@mail.com. If your order has already been dispatched, it may not be eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Delivery and Returns Policy.
 
4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer delivery within the UK. We don’t ship consumer orders internationally due to legal and logistical restrictions. For international trade orders, please contact us at aluvachocolates@mail.com.
 
5. Are your products suitable for people with nut allergies?

No. None of our products are suitable for individuals with nut allergies. Our products either contain nuts and/or are made in an environment that handles nuts, and we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from nut traces. We strongly advise that you do not purchase our products if you or the recipient has a nut allergy. By purchasing our products you acknowledge and accept that our products contain nuts or traces of nuts.
 
6. Are your products suitable for Halal, Vegetarian, or Vegan diets?

All of our products are suitable for a Halal diet, in line with our branding and product standards. Some of our products are also suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. All our sweets are either HMC halal certified or suitable for a Vegetarian or Vegan diet. We recommend checking the specific product information on our website for dietary suitability, or feel free to get in touch with us at aluvachocolates@mail.com for further clarification on any of our products.
 
7. What happens if the price of my item is incorrect?

In the rare event that an incorrect price is displayed on our website, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to either cancel the order or proceed with the corrected price.
 
8. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times will vary based on your location and the delivery method selected during checkout. We will provide an estimated delivery date when you receive your Dispatch Confirmation email. Please note, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
 
9. Can I return my order?

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt if the goods are in their original, unopened condition. Please note, we do not accept returns on opened, perishable, made-to-order, or bespoke items. Please note all products in the Ornamental range are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable.  If your item is faulty or damaged, we will arrange a return and offer a full refund or replacement. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Please refer to our Delivery and Returns Policy.

You can also consult our Bespoke page for inspiration and ideas on how to customise your order.
 
Please note that minimum lead times apply to all bespoke orders, and hire charges may be applicable for certain products or display services. Minimum order quantities may apply to certain bespoke products. These charges and requirements will be communicated to you during the ordering process, and we will provide a quote based on your requirements.

Yes, we offer corporate wholesale and private-label services for businesses looking to personalise or resell our luxury chocolates.
