None of our products are suitable for nut allergy sufferers.

Some products contain nuts and all products are made in a facility that processes nuts and may contain nut traces including peanuts. 

 

None of our products are gluten-free, as they are handled in an environment where cross-contamination with Gluten and other allergens can occur. Some products contain Wheat. Many of our products contain Dairy (Milk), Soya, and some also contain Sesame, and Sulphites. None of our products are free from the risk of cross-contamination.

 

Fresh raw products should be washed before consumption and may contain seeds.  See back of pack.

 

All our products are suitable for a Halal diet. 
All our sweets are either HMC halal certified or suitable for Vegetarian or Vegan diets.

 

All our chocolates and dates products are Vegetarian. Some of our sweet products are suitable for a Vegetarian and/or Vegan diet. Please check individual product details to confirm suitability.

 

None of our products contain alcohol nor ethanol based vanilla extract.

 

Some of our products, such as sweets, contain food colouring (e.g. E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E129, E133) which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

 

Products in our ornamental range are not suitable for children under 3 years old. These items contain small parts as part of the presentation packaging, which pose a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of young children.

 

Please note that decorative flowers and embellishments included in our products are not edible and are for presentation purposes only.

 

Some of our products are sold in glass ornamental platters. Please handle all glass items with care.

Please ensure the glass is not broken before consuming the product. Do not consume the products if the glass container is broken.

Our foiled products are not suitable for young children due to the foil presenting a choking hazard. They should only be given under adult supervision.

 

Please check the Best Before date on the back of the product. Unless otherwise stated or notified, all our products have a minimum 4-week shelf life from the date of your order, provided they are stored correctly. For best results, store confectionery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours, ideally at a temperature between 12°C and 18°C.

 

 

Subject to the Best Before date, our products should be consumed within 4 weeks of opening.

 

 

All products are purchased at the customer’s own risk, including gift purchases. Please ensure the items are suitable for individuals with dietary restrictions and consult the allergen information.
