Important Information & Disclaimers
1. Minimum Order:

• The minimum event order is £250 for chocolates.
• Additional charges may apply for carriage, equipment, ornamental platters, setup, and other services as required.

2. Allergy Information:

• None of our products are suitable for nut allergy sufferers.
• Products may contain traces of peanuts and other allergens due to manufacturing processes.

3. Important Information:

• Please note that we do not sell any products containing alcohol. All of our products are carefully crafted and are suitable for a halal diet.

4. Customer Responsibility:

• It is the responsibility of customers and their guests to ensure that the products are suitable and safe for their consumption.

5. Orders & Deposits:

• No orders are confirmed until a deposit is paid.

6. Full Payment:

• Full payment is required 14 days before the event to ensure order acceptance and fulfilment.

7. Delivery, Travel & Setup Costs:

• Delivery and/or travel costs will be charged separately and will depend on the location of the event.
• Hire of equipment, setup, and clear-up costs are also charged separately.

8. Notice Period:

• A minimum notice of 4 to 12 weeks is required, depending on the size of the event and availability.

9. No Refunds for Bespoke Orders:

• No refunds will be given for bespoke orders once confirmed and the deposit has been paid.

10. Variations:

• Colours and sizes of chocolates and displays may vary slightly from photos provided.

11. File Upload Section (Optional):

• Upload event inspiration images, logo designs, or venue details for reference.
